As a Seller’s Agent, I commit to actively do my best to “sell” your home; I don’t just take a listing, I commit myself to selling your property. As a Buyer’s agent, I listen; I won’t go over your budget and will strive to find a property that will fit what you’re looking for and in a price range you can afford.
Having grown up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I have an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate development, and construction, project and financial management. As a resident of El Dorado Hills, I have been actively involved in the residential real estate and investment market and working with Buyers and Sellers throughout the Greater Sacramento Area.
Keeping an eye on the constantly fluctuating housing market assures that I will be able to assist each and every one of my clients in finding not only the right house, but the right home.
